Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to have a credit card on file for service appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full cost of the appointment will be charged. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a no-show, incurring a full service charge. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated to ensure efficient scheduling for all clients.
